The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that it is seeking public input on its evaluation of existing rules pursuant to President Trump's government-wide Executive Order 13777 on and Executive Order 13771 that directs agencies to “identify” at least two existing regulations for elimination whenever any new rule is proposed or issued (, Reducing Regulation and Controlling Regulatory Costs).
April 13th's Federal Register published an EPA notice titled directing the public to submit comments by May 15. ϲʿԤ will provide EPA with detailed recommendations on existing regulations that should be considered for repeal, replacement or modification to make them less burdensome. to access the online docket.
