°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ô¤²â and Zurich Services Corp have teamed up to create a cutting edge comprehensive training program that focuses on the leading causes of fatalities and injuries for highway workers. °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ô¤²â has scheduled a free webinar for September 30, 2009 at 1-2 PM ET to familiarize you with the Highway Worker Safety Program (HWSP) and describe how it can be used by both large and small general contractors as well as subs or specialty contractors. The HWSP is designed to assist in mitigating highway worker safety exposures by increasing awareness of the hazards and demonstrating appropriate control measures. Specific focus is given to safety concerns related to asphalt paving, concrete paving, bridge work, demolition work, traffic control, earthwork and grading operations, short-term and mobile operations and utility and drainage work.
